Finally was able to do proper research on my lineage last name of "Maiorano".
Maior is old time for "bigger/greater" and Ano is "year". So my last name I'm figuring means something to the effect of -- THE BIG YEAR! (My bible prophecy friends will appreciate the inside joke). Ciao from Adrien aka Melting Mountains.
